How do I get rid of them?
I 18 years old, and I have dark lines on the face especially my eyes down my cheek on one side and it seems that melasma its very boring, but really I take care of it before it gets more and want to get rid of it. Could it be because my kidneys? working only 30% overall and I have to take calcium, iron, lots of other supplements to keep healthy that I am taking I am also vegetarian means no eggs or any kind of meat ex. chicken, fish, meat, etc.. So if I start taking my supplements regularly and wear sunscreen every day that could not get more help? I do not remember when I just start taking care of my skin now. But I have noticed since I started caring for my skin to its being lighter and better looking. Are there any home remedies to help this problem? as the lemon skin, is it good or bad to preventing melasma or bad?
I would say the use of shea butter 100% pure shea butter helped my darkspots away and made my skin softer. also just go to a pharmacy and buy some skin products for you face. Can it is expensive but it works so well.

Revive – DNA Rejuvenation Cream
Melasma is a darkening of facial skin. Melasma is particularly common in women, especially pregnant women. Melasma is one of the areas exposed Sun acquired. The symptoms of melasma are dark, irregular patches commonly found in the upper cheek, nose, lips, upperlip, and forehead. These patches often develop gradually over time. Melasma does not cause any other symptoms beyond the cosmetic discoloration. Melasma is an acquired hypermelanosis sun-exposed areas.
Melasma is most often defined by patches of uneven dark skin on the face. These brown spots tend to appear on the lips, forehead or cheeks. Some causes of melasma could include genetics, oral contraceptives, hormonal changes, and excessive exposure to sunlight, but doctors can not fully identify why they occur. And although it’s a very standard cosmetic skin affliction, not unanimously accepted reason laying show is considered very difficult to treat.
Some treatments can be tried to lighten skin. It is best to have a cream prescribed by a doctor and some of which can be purchased containing varying amounts of the constituents. The usual active ingredient in whitening creams called hydroquinone (see below), but must be used with caution as it can sometimes lead to further darkening of the skin that is truly permanent.
Getting Rid of Melasma The most common to get rid of spots applies for melasma skin whitening or skin bleaching creams. What do they really know about these bleaching agents? Many people consider treatment of the description ‘melasma cream’ on the label and freely suppress the skin in a cream that you know nothing.
Apply the whitening cream first and then the sunscreen creams contain hydroquinone top.Bleaching, which inhibits the formation of new pigment. Bleaching creams take 3 to 6 months for relief penalty pigmentation.Stop daily bleaching cream after six months. Tretinoin always causes some degree of pink and peeling skin of the face that can be controlled by a little since then to build. It may fade freckles, improve acne and smooth wrinkles.
Ultraviolet light treatment can sometimes stimulate pigmentation of the skin to be made in the skin again. However, it can sometimes burn the pale skin and if it fails, the tan skin color around dark and pale skin is so pale that can make areas of vitiligo most obvious. The new excimer laser treatment (which is not available in the NHS) can give ultraviolet light treatment that is better targeted to the pale skin only.
Melasma Prevention This seems like a fast technique and safe, but the truth is that these chemicals do much damage inside. When someone goes to the beach or playing outdoors after application of bleaching agents skin, UV rays emitted by the sun will react with the substances and changes in pigmentation increases and the early onset of fine lines. With the changes increase pigmentation, people become a little tense and apply more cream, it becomes a never ending cycle.

Beauty and the Bleach
Some people do not like their skin tone in general. Some people bleach darker parts of the body – to be more attractive. It’s kind of hard to say that these consumers use whitening products skin because they are vain. Maybe vanity is notorious. It is natural to want to look good in the reflection in the mirror. It’s natural to want to reflect the best qualities we can.
Consumers want to look good, but can not always afford skin clinics and dermatologists. Find skin bleaching creams are very effective in fading tone the skin in large or small areas at a fraction of the cost.
Besides, who needs to know that you are bleaching? A product at home Lightening is private, personal and practical. While older ointments use harsh chemicals, are now whitening skin creams made with natural bleach kojic acid, and also a very effective inhibitor of melanin called Alpha Arbutin.
Some consumers use skin whitening creams to fade hyperpigmentation.
Hyperpigmentation is an asset accumulation of pigment in the skin. This pigment known as melanin, and when beyond the control of melanin are grouped under the skin surface.
• Examples of hyperpigmentation include so-called liver spots, stains age, sun spots, freckles serious discoloration and acne scars. The marks appear at the areas exposed to sunlight.
• No But doctors do not know exactly what causes the melanin pigment to migrate to a particular location.
• A common misconception is that it prevents sun avoidance. Keep away from UV rays precludes the skin melanin saturated get even darker.
The best of the new wave of skin whitening creams inhibit melanin production. So they are very helpful with hyperpigmentation. Over time, as the skin replaces itself, there’s less melanin in the new cells. It fades darker skin. There is laboratory evidence of efficacy and safety of ingredients Kojic Acid, Alpha Arbutin and vitamin C.
Bleaching Creams Skin can be very superior to surgery for hyperpigmentation, because the surgery does nothing to impact melanin. Dark cells can return, or simply cluster in a new area.
When the need for skin whitening products is serious
Melasma is most notable example of hyperpigmentation. People develop large gray or brown skin patches with irregular borders. Melasma is raised most often in sun-exposed skin. There is no known cure.
The vanity is rarely the subject with melasma. People are embarrassed when they call the “spots” are large and can not be covered with clothing. Ninety percent of melasma develops in women. Estrogens may cause. Women who take menopausal hormone therapy or oral contraceptives are at increased risk of melasma. Pregnant women are also prone.
Again, the skin whitening products that work to inhibit the aggregation of melanin which results a melasma. Kojic Acid and Alpha Arbutin promote melanin break. In laboratory tests alpha arbutin inhibits up to 40% of the melanin formation each time. It also lowered the growth of melanin formed.
Consumers appreciate the privacy of skin discoloration by applying a cream to treat at home melasma. When talking with people who had excellent results from the bleachers, many talk about being too embarrassed to leave the house. That never seek treatment outside household. Because we were able to lighten their melasma at home, they found the courage to go back to the world.

melasma chloasma treatment
Posted by admin in Treatment For Melasma on December 5th, 2009
We have had many clients this week asking for pigmentation problems and how to protect the skin during the summer months. Many of the problems of pigmentation worse during spring and summer months when ultraviolet (UV) activation of melanocytes, causing a darkening of the skin.
There are many types different pigmentation and treatment depends on whether is a passive or inflammatory type of pigmentation.
Some forms include chloasma pigmentation and passive melasma associated with a cascade of hormonal activation and subsequent stimulating hormone melanin. This type of pigmentation can be the result of pregnancy (chloasma) or medicines as the contraceptive pill (melasma).
Inflammatory pigmentation is common and can often be the result of an injury or trauma to the skin. For example, Fitzpatrick skin types, 4, 5 and 6 are particularly prone to post-inflammatory pigmentation associated with acne scars.
The Fitzpatrick is essential when considering pigmentation issues and a useful tool when considering treatment options. For example, a redhead with pale skin, freckles and blue is likely it is a Fitz 1, whereas a client with black skin, dark hair and eyes is likely to be a Fitz 6. Treatment plans are different requirements for different skin types Fitpatrick to gain optimal results.
It is essential, before any treatment to reduce pigmentation, to ensure that your skin specialist have a good understanding of the issues of pigmentation and the Fitzpatrick scale. A complete evaluation of your skin is essential.
Pigmentation issues can be treated brilliantly, but can be complicated and it is important that an in-depth knowledge of skin is demonstrated by her skin specialist before starting treatment.
Whatever your skin type and treatment plan followed, always will be absolutely essential to use sunscreen, rain or shine.
The pigmentation is aggravated when ultraviolet radiation causes the pigment cells (melanocytes). One of the only ways we have successfully prevent of this is to use a wide spectum UVA / UVB sun protection.
I would recommend an SPF of about 15 to 30 (with Full Spectrum UVA / UVB) for most the year, although I might be tempted to raise this figure to a total sunblock during the summer months. It is important to remember to reapply regularly and not only rely on an application in the morning, especially when sweaty or waters and are in a situation where you can rub the cream, for example, in a pool holiday.
There are many forms of pigmentation can be treated and a lot of things you can do to improve the skin condition, restoration a good skin tone. But the first step is definitely to invest in a good quality sunscreen and introduce it into your daily skin care routine immediately. A small step, but worth its weight in gold to the serious problems on improving pigmentation.
Best regards

Onion Juice – Mix onion juice, which can be obtained easily with a basic juicer with vinegar is a great solution for melasma. This mixture should be applied to the affected area with a cotton ball twice daily.
Lemon juice - the juice of one fresh lemon into a zone of increased pigmentation, including melasma is perhaps best known natural skin lightening. Apply twice daily with a cotton ball can produce results in time because the lemon juice, such as two actions above, is an acid.

Problem: Streaks
Stretch marks are the result the inability of the skin to return to its original state after a rapid growth. They are caused by a hormone called glucocorticoids that can break the materials in the dermis that support the skin. During pregnancy, glucocorticoids are distributed in the body in high concentrations. Stretch marks usually start with a red or purple hue and turn silver or white over time.
Solution: It is recommended for treating stretch marks after pregnancy, because only ingredients entering treatment in the skin could lead to birth defects. After breastfeeding, you can explore treatment options, such as creams with vitamin A, Mederma ®, and laser treatments. IS Clinical Active Serum is your best bet.
Problem: In the eyes dark circles under
Dark circles under the eyes are often the result of leakage of blood capillaries around the eye. During pregnancy, hemoglobin (which makes red blood cells) has decreased and results the appearance of blue and red eyes. And because the skin becomes pale during pregnancy, dark circles are even more important. Moreover, prolonged exposure unprotected sun can worsen the condition.
Start the application of an effective eye cream and make them part of their system for skin care. The Eye creams that contain potent ingredients that help remove the dark color. Lactic acid helps the skin around the eye smooth and sunscreen content can avoid worsening the situation. Try using
Obagi ELASTIderm Eye Treatment Cream (formerly Night Eye Cream)
Problem: Varicose veins
Varicose veins are a common problem during pregnancy. This is because female sex hormones weaken the walls of the veins and makes them loose. Sudden also adds weight to it.
To prevent varicose veins, make sure you remain active by walking and exercise during pregnancy. Avoid standing for a long time and when you lie down, keeping legs elevated. Also, try to follow a diet low in sodium.
