Contraception without risk of melasma / pigmentation facial?

I am a medical student 21 years old, and I am looking for any kind of contraception that will not result in facial pigmentation (not sure if that's what serious enough to call melasma). I was on Microgynon for about six months until last summer, but without revealing some slight reddish pigmentation on the cheeks after of time in sunlight. This solved once stopped Microgynon. Now I'm in other types of contraceptives that can prevent this, suppose that low levels of estrogen, is less likely to cause. I'm not looking to get Implanon or an injection of deposit, or other intra-uterine device. Is POP Nuva-ring or be a good suggestion? I have planned to go to a clinic before you get it sorted out, and I would have some ideas in my head before I go, so if someone with experience melasma or medical anybody could give me any advice would be great. Thanks in advance.

It would probably be better with a progestogen method only, so do not NuvaRing. Cerazette pill is the newest and best in terms of efficacy and side effects. I have chloasma, and some combined pills (in particular estrogen for example, dominant, Yasmin, Desogen / Marvelon) worse. Look inside this pill. Contains 75 mg desogestrel.
