melasma forehead

skin care questions very desperate?

Hello. I am a year old and I have this horrible thiirty melasma / chloasma on the forehead and cheeks. I need advice from any other person who can not seem to be rid it. Please. Are there creams that really work? And is there any form of contraception does not cause this horrible thing?
