melasma iud
Does anyone know a contraceptive pill, injection or IUD does not cause melasma?
I noticed my melasma, while in Fe Microgestin. He went on to ortho cyclin. Melasma not disappeared. So I tried to Depo Provera, but I do not recommend anyone. I have had terrible side effects: blood stains, large clots, hair loss, headaches, joint pains and acne.
Try an IUD. Interfering as little as possible with your hormones.

Women are taught that the risk of pregnancy cannot be avoided unless they take one of these hormone-altering drugs. They are taught to treat fertility like a disease and medicate it away, not realizing what a detrimental effect this can cause on long-term health. They are rarely taught the usefulness of fertility tracking as a means of monitoring one’s probability for pregnancy throughout the cycle. Here is an incredible new product you may want to invest in for melasma, Dr. Sears’ Revive DNA Repair Cream.
