Treatments For Melasma

Itching, discoloration, and sometimes tingling around the mouth area?!?

Hi, im 15 and in grade 10. During my first year I was in the rig and meets all our meetings were held outside. The sun never bothered me. But last year I realized I had a ring of light visible around my mouth. I am African American so yeah it's pretty remarkable. I looked on Google and found it melasma that does the same. I put lemon juice around my mouth and went away in 2 weeks. But now I have again! But this time is itching, tingling, and seems to spread. I'm going to see a dermatologist on Monday, but I need something to help me NOW! PLEASE HELP ME IS VERY UGLY AND NOT AT ALL CUTE! SERIOUS REPLIES PLEASE ONLY! S / NI have no STDs or STIs. Im all healthy.

Melasma sounds like to me. But to see a dermatologist to be sure. Worry that will make it worse!
