Do you know-the-counter treatment for melasma?
I I have a spot the size of dime of melasma on the left cheek taking bcp. I've been putting fade cream with 2% quinone in him about 2 weeks and I think it is getting darker. Is this possible? The bottle says it is for the melasma and does not mention the possibility of becoming darker points. Does anyone know any good ways to mitigate coffee brands in this way?
Try facial peels or alpha hydroxy acid chemical peels glycolic acid.

what type of laser or skin can remove a wrinkle that has been there for two years?
is not very deep but it is definitely noticeable, even other people notice it, and I'm too young to have wrinkles. I have melasma on my face too which is a pain. Has anyone been able to get rid of it? if so, what is it used?
Fractional Laser Resurfacing. It works on acne scars too. = D Going to a medi-spa (Implementing medical spa) for a consultation. They can give better answers. Make sure its a medi-spa, not a regular spa. Regular spas focus on relaxation. Medi-spas focus on results.

What could I do for Melasma?
I have suffered with melasma, acne-prone skin and uneven toned skin for longer. I do not want anything too harsh because I think it runs at the age of my skin.
1) Sun Protection 2) Sun Protection 3) Protection Solar;) As to the specific treatment: Bleaching agents may work very well. Can obtain sales-hydroquinone (2%), or get the strength of the prescription of a physician (4%). Azelaic acid and tretinoin are also good choices. Whiteners If you do not work (after a trial of 2-3 months) ... You may want to consider a chemical peel by a dermatologist, and it works well. And it's not laser therapy, which is growing in popularity ... although not all dermatologists offer this is a bit on the expensive side. Hope this helps a little!
