melasma of estrogen pills?

i started taking Premarin for about 18 months and have developled dark spots on both sides of my neck (actually it looks almost like dirt) ... embarrassing .. is called melasma. Has anyone else had this and if so, are cutting aid to the dosage of these go away or is this permanent? (I've already paid $ 1,800 to a dermatologist for "laser" in the trash). did not work. HE ALWAYS USED 50 + sunscreen.

microgestin I have mine ... I had to switch to another method contraceptive ... I have mine in my boobs and my neck. When I went to the doctor .. I said in most cases its permanent because its caused by hormones .. that Suxx cousin my neck PPL her nipples. I searched the internet and I have the same results ... ... and continuing to put sunscreen on it because the sun can produce more and make it darker

what type of laser or skin can remove a wrinkle that has been there for two years?

is not very deep but it is definitely noticeable, even other people notice it, and I'm too young to have wrinkles. I have melasma on my face too which is a pain. Has anyone been able to get rid of it? if so, what is it used?

What is the brown spots on the face? Could it be the sun?

I have brown spots on the face. This lady said that I may have melasma to be in the sun too, if so, how do I get rid of this. I have a Mary Kay Microderm scrub and abrasion, which is working. thank you very much in advance

They could be sunspots. I am not a dermatologist, so I can give a definitive answer. My best advice would be to get microdermabrasion. The procedure itself, not a store-bought brush.
