Has anyone had melasma on my face?

What can a dermitolagist do for me? laser, cream, nuts? What works? Begins to fade then I get the sun and sets darker. I have it on my upper lip and nose when I was prego. I hate that I feel as if I had the dirt on the nose and mustache to: (please help me.

This sounds like "mask of pregnancy", which is basically the melasma caused by hormones. If you are on birth control it will continue as if pregnant. If possible try a type of non-hormonal birth control, first check into this. Meanwhile, use a good sunscreen and if you wear makeup make-up test mineral, which is ideal for skin and SPF has also included so you are doubly protected. Try wearing a hat, to make more shade when you go out. Because lasers and shells may darken the melasma, a dermatologist is likely to give you something with hydroquinone, which has dangerous side effects. upper lip melasma treatment

What would you So many questions asked about this … ? Melasma?

I have points dark, on my upper lip that looks like a mustache, and I'm in the way of thinking that his "melasma". I've been using Neutrogena sunscreen (SPF 55) every day now, and being, its slightly fading ... by 1 / 100 ... well, it's a start.
