hyperpigmintation / melasma?

i suffer from hypigmintation / melasma. I have a cream called malerderma that seems to have worked, but Plateau. I will keep using it, but there are treatments such as dermabrasion micro or laser or other treatment instead of a cream? I also use the factor 60 every day (even in winter) to try to stop it recurring. I also try to stay out of the sun as much as possible, but I'm going on vacation to a sunny country next week and will come back ten times paranoid.

Did you know skin pill glutathione whitening is the best antioxidant known to man? .. and can help get rid of hyperpigmentation as well? http://www.skin-whitening-product.com/skin-whitening-pill.html

what type of laser or skin can remove a wrinkle that has been there for two years?

is not very deep but it is definitely noticeable, even other people notice it, and I'm too young to have wrinkles. I have melasma on my face too which is a pain. Has anyone been able to get rid of it? if so, what is it used?

Fractional Laser Resurfacing. It works on acne scars too. = D Going to a medi-spa (Implementing medical spa) for a consultation. They can give better answers. Make sure its a medi-spa, not a regular spa. Regular spas focus on relaxation. Medi-spas focus on results.

I have 25 and are very bad melasma?

Any suggestions on how this condition is empty in my face ..... During the winter is not too bad, but during the summer, when I'm in the sun (a Despite a hat, sunscreen and clothing) is dark, and I find people ask me about it all the time! Any suggetions besides laser hair removal?

Melasma Treatment very first need is to avoid Sun Use a high SPF sunscreen, preferably SPF 30 to protect exposed parts of the body of the sun. Wear a hat wide-brimmed stops sunlight. Also use sunglasses, big in size to protect the eyes and surrounding areas. Once you protect your skin, hormonal changes not can cause melasma, since sun exposure is needed to make the melasma. Identify the cosmetics including hair dyes that can be used and believe phototoxic reactions. Bleach The points Consult your doctor and use bleach to remove the pigmentation slowly. Hydroquinone is the most widely used bleach. Other products bleach can be used are acid and kojic acid azailec. You will find formulas of these bleaching agents with other skin care ingredients such as retinoids, AHAs, vitamins and other antioxidants. Some people develop a reaction to hydroquinone and develop a dark spot in the area of treatment. Then should stop using products based on hydroquinone and consult your doctor to switch to other products that may be based on kojic acid, etc. Your doctor can prescribe a treatment that combines steroids, retinoid and hydroquinone. You have to stop the use of this combination and start again after a few days. Its doctor will guide you through it. Never put bleach on normal skin otherwise it will become clear. Use chlorine until melasma was cleared and no longer use it after that. Also can ask your doctor about exfoliation such as microdermabrasion, superficial chemical peels, etc to remove superficial pigmentation. Once to get rid of melasma, continue to use sunscreen and protect against more Sun-http: / / www.doctorgoodskin.com/ds/melasma/
